Stilwell Solar recently installed a 29 panel solar system for a ranch utility building based on our design using an EG4-18k inverter and a Tigo cloud connect individual panel monitoring system. Stilwell Solar agreed to do the installation as a licensed contractor and we took over maintenance when they completed the installation. All of the Tigo monitors and Tigo cloud connect monitoring system were working correctly, but unfortunately the EG4-18k inverter was defective and we took over replacing the inverter and commissioning the replacement inverter which EG4 provided under warranty. We configured the replacement inverter and took over monitoring and managing the PV system.
